The interactive Pistol Training System or iPTS will teach novice shooters about safe gun handling and help more experienced shooters maintain their skill level. The system includes a multiple sensor-based training pistol that uses no ammunition yet includes a programmable recoil, two interactive targets and works with a customizable smartphone and tablet app.

The system is sensor-based and uses no ammunition, thus removing the risk of dry-fire with a real pistol should the shooter neglect to properly check for a remnant round in the chamber or in the magazine.

We believe the system has tremendous potential for a number of markets – gun enthusiasts, women learning how to shoot, NRA-certified and other professional firearms trainers, gun range venues, competitive shooters, the gaming community and gaming venues (i.e., Dave & Busters, Vegas casinos), and for higher volume sales to law enforcement and the military.

The iPTS is currently being presented on Indiegogo for crowdfunding.
