Role Summary: As a Digital Growth Associate/Intern, you will be the architect of our digital footprint. You will assist in launching our website, managing social channels, and implementing AI-driven marketing automation to drive leads for our business. Education: BTech/BSC/BA with specialization in Marketing/Digital business. Experience: 6 -12 months in a similar field or fresh graduates with relevant skills and proven "proof of work" (e.g., a personal blog, a successful social media page, or relevant certifications) can also apply. Professional Tools & Software Skills • Web: WordPress, Wix, or Webflow (Site management). • Design & Content: Canva or Figma (Professional visual content) and Web flow Grammarly (flawless professional writing). • CRM/Email: Mailchimp, Apollo.io, or HubSpot (Automation). • AI: Expert-level use of ChatGPT/Claude for content and Zapier for workflow automation. • Social: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, X, and Buffer/Hootsuite • Analytical: You understand what CTR, CPC, and SEO actually mean for a business. Certifications (Bonus): • Digital Marketing: Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Content Marketing, or Google Career Certificates. • Cybersecurity basics are a big plus. • The X-Factor: You have a "side project"—a YouTube channel, a newsletter, a portfolio, or even a highly curated LinkedIn profile.
