We're a mission-oriented company with the goal of helping dozens (and eventually hundreds and thousands) of small businesses transition to employee ownership. This will put valuable assets in the hands of the employees who work hard to make their companies successful.

Our founders have decades of experience in small business transitions and employee ownership conversions. Our team of 60 also includes experts in finance, education, and software development.
