teambay is a workplace analytics platform based in Berlin, Germany, founded by veteran startup entrepreneur and Syrian democracy activist Adam Ahmad-Moalla. Joining him is Sarah-Kristin Bohlmeier, a HR and personal development manager at Kühne & Nagel, who holds a master’s degree in organizational behaviour from the London School of Economics (LSE). teambay’s smart, easy-to-use software enables employees to anonymously share their honest opinions about their work with their managers, who in turn can analyze their team’s feedback with teambay’s benchmarking data, pinpoint challenges and strengths and build a great company culture from within.
