Jobs at Team4Tech

Especially in underserved communities around the world, harnessing information and communications technology (ICT) to design and deliver education and training programs in innovative ways is imperative. Nearly 40% of schools across 65 developing countries lack access to computers and the Internet for training. Yet research by the World Bank and others shows that technology integration, when paired with teacher training, has among the largest positive effects on learning outcomes. To address issues of inclusion, equity, and quality in education, the strategic integration of ICT can improve access, extend learning spaces, and provide multiple ways of delivering effective learning resources and opportunities. Team4Tech partners with local NPOs over three to five years to help their teachers and staff advance from basic digital literacy skills to the full integration of technology tools in student-centered learning practices. We provide these NPOs with $15,000 matching grants per year, curate relevant ed tech resources matched to their local curriculum and context, and implement these solutions with the help of volunteers from our corporate partners. Since 2013, Team4Tech has worked with over 800 corporate volunteers to help 35 nonprofits integrate technology to advance teaching and learning for 85,000 learners in 19 countries. Our work has catalyzed $13M in pro bono consulting services and grants for our nonprofit partners.
