US students spend far too much time on boring worksheets and educational software that offer an endless series of multiple choice questions. Instead, students should be immersed in technology that supports deep thinking and learning. Our suite of K-5 math apps, including our 2014 Apple Design Award winning app, Addimal Adventure, have over 1.5M downloads. Our web-based software helps students create visual models to solve math problems and gives teachers insight into their process and thinking.

We analyze students’ gameplay and problem-solving data, helping K-5 teachers monitor performance on standards, differentiate classroom instruction, and target their interventions. Founded by former teachers with PhDs in Cognitive Science, Teachley has won over $8M in small business grants from the US Department of Education, National Science Foundation, and National Institute of Health.
