Teaching It Right has developed a patent pending multi-sensory therapy program for children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Through an iPad or iPhone application "app," the We Are Friends: Eye Contact curriculum addresses the social skill making eye contact, cognitive impairments and gross motor skills, that once learned, will improve the ASD social experience. Additionally, this application also teaches the parents and other mentors how to properly interact with the child in a variety of environments to help the child attain the desired results and generalize the social skill. There is no other known curriculum or similar process in the market place at this time, which ultimately solves a problem for social skill curriculums in the schools.. We Are Friends: Eye Contact app is an effective, time efficient program that children can do daily, in less than 10 minutes a day. Targeted audience is for children on the Autism spectrum at an emotional age of 3yrs to 12yrs old.
