TC is an online network that gives new K-12 teachers a safe place to ask their most urgent questions—even the embarrassing ones—and get answers from a trusted network of peers, mentors, and experts who understand the real-world classroom challenges. As teachers use the network, we develop and monetize two powerful assets: 1) Tight relationships with classroom teachers, and 2) Data about what’s driving teachers and what’s driving them crazy. Our customers are teacher preparation programs, school districts, and companies that do business in K-12 education.

Product/Services:
In addition to the central product, the online professional community of mentorship and collaboration for PK-12 teachers, TeachersConnect sells anonymized data about teachers' pain points. School districts use the data to combat an annual $2.2bn problem of teacher turnover. Teachers colleges use the data to meet compliance standards. Vendors (in the $30bn edu industry) use the data for market research.
