Taxamo assumes the VAT/GST liabilities of online merchants selling digital services worldwide. We do this by acting as an Intermediary, forming part of the supply chain. Our comprehensive and elegant technical solution identifies the correct VAT/GST treatment for every transaction in real-time. As we assume the VAT/GST liability, Taxamo is responsible for registration, filing, and remittance of the VAT/GST due to global tax authorities in local currency. Taxamo assumes responsibility for the varying potential fines/penalties that may arise.
