This course, which includes Techniques, Training, and Practise to Teach Asanas and Pranayama, is designed to give students an in-depth understanding that is necessary to be able to teach yoga. This programme also includes lessons on anatomy, physiology, the philosophy of yoga, and Ayurvedic principles.
