• Build and maintain professional relationships with management, staff, clients, subcontractors, vendors, owners, and architects
• construction projects (Sports facility construction including civil and post tension concrete construction) valued at $5M+.

• Technical Authority & Architecture Ownership:

Serve as the principal technical authority for PLC, HMI, industrial networking, and data integration platforms across multiple manufacturing plants.

Define, maintain, and enforce enterprise-wide standards for control system architecture, programming practices, HMI design, and documentation.

Evaluate and approve automation platforms, system designs, and technology roadmaps to ensure scalability, reliability, and long-term supportability.

• Operates tufting machine including threading needles and backing changes.
• Responsible for running first quality product with no defects such as mends, high or low lines, or crossed ends.

• Capital Project Management:

Lead and manage large-scale automation capital projects from concept through commissioning, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.

Serve as the technical lead for automation-related investments supporting flooring production processes such as extrusion, coating, calendaring, curing, cutting, finishing, packaging, and palletizing.

Partner with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams to ensure projects meet operational, safety, and financial objectives.

• Own the end-to-end SAP integration architecture, standards, governance, and roadmap for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Design and enforce reusable integration patterns, templates, naming conventions, security standards, error handling, monitoring, and transport strategies.

• Lead and oversee accounting operations across multiple entities within the region.
• Ensure the integrity of the general ledger and financial reporting structure, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accruals, leases, loans, and intercompany transactions.

• Support improvement projects in data collection, time studies, audits, data mining, laboratory testing and/or focused data collection activities.
• Design and conduct quality assurance lab tests on incoming materials, intermediate process samples and finished product.
