Work with the Business Development and Asset teams to identify, evaluate and execute acquisition, divestiture, asset swap and other strategic transaction opportunities.
Support transaction execution activities including due diligence, virtual data room management, bidder communications, transaction tracking and coordination with internal stakeholders and third-party advisors.
Leading the end-to-end project management of multiple facilities and pipeline projects of varying size and complexity, including well tie-ins, compressor stations, oil batteries, and gas plants
Acting as a senior technical advisor to Asset Teams and Operations, supporting Management of Change (MOC) processes and troubleshooting complex operational issues
Design, build, and maintain enterprise data architecture across Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Databricks, and hybrid data environments Establish reference architectures and standards for data ingestion, storage, transformation, and consumption
