Help build our ridesharing app, designed specifically, from the ground up, for users in towns and small cities. Kettering and Skelmersdale are pretty different to San Francisco and London. A bunch of people have created apps for those huge cities, we're the first people focused on those smaller places.

We’re on a mission to fix transport poverty. In towns and small cities, if you don’t have a car, you might find it difficult to get to work, access healthcare, or get to the supermarket.

It’s a crucial social mission, but it’s also a huge business opportunity. Most
mobility startups focus on the 30% of people who live in big cities like London,
but actually, 50% of people live in towns and small cities of 10k-200k which are Tandem’s core market.

Tandem has been founded by three experienced co-founders, we are backed by the Zinc accelerator and are working with support from the Connected Places Catapult and the Intelligent Mobility Design Centre at the RCA.
