Culture overview

Employees at Tanaza have flexible working hours to organize their workload and personal life in the best possible way. Some colleagues arrive later in the morning to enjoy an hour of running in the gym. Health insurance including dental and vision

All employees have an health insurance (extended to kids), including dental and vision health services.

Tfr

Upon termination of employment for any reason, Tanaza pay a termination indemnity ('Trattamento di fine Rapporto' or TFR) to all employees. In Italy the TFR serves as an additional pension benefit.

Maternity leave

Maternity leave (usually 2 prior to and 3 after the date of birth or 1 month prior to and 4 after) and paternity leave (5 days), as for the Italian law + "congedo parentale" (partially-paid leave for both parents)
