Tamarin Health connects researchers and life sciences teams with primary clinical data held by healthcare organizations. Approved analyses run inside each organization's own environment, and researchers receive aggregate results rather than patient records.

Researchers can identify cohorts, assess study feasibility, validate models, and run retrospective analyses across independent specialty practices. Healthcare organizations approve each analysis, set their own fees, and keep possession and control of their data. There is no cost for healthcare organizations to participate.

The network focuses on longitudinal specialty data in rheumatology, fertility and IVF, ophthalmology, women's health, and metabolic and weight management. Tamarin's Nectar Protocol combines organization-defined access policies, hardware-isolated computation, and cryptographic provenance to support research without moving sensitive clinical data.
