Tally It allows business owners and customers to communicate easier than ever before. Customer's "check-in" to the business > business owners can view the "check-in" > business owners can send a small survey to the customer for a small fee. If the customer responds, they are paid via the fee paid by the business owner. If no response - the business owner pays nothing.
