• Project Management

Lead the ideation and execution of features and initiatives that drive user engagement and product outcomes.
Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog that aligns with business and user goals and strategy.
Own the product life cycle, from defining key product problems to identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring results of experiments and product enhancements.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to break down complex challenges and systems into actionable projects and solutions.

• Technical Project Management

Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate roadmap priorities into executable engineering plans and ensure development resources are aligned to the highest-priority initiatives.
Lead the planning and execution of technical projects across the software development life cycle, from requirements through deployment.
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and delivery plans, adjusting priorities and plans as business and technical needs evolve.
Track dependencies across multiple engineering workstreams and proactively identify and resolve conflicts or blockers.
Coordinate releases and technical initiatives across web, mobile, API, backend, and other engineering teams.
Monitor project health using quantitative metrics and qualitative signals, surfacing risks and opportunities to leadership early.
Maintain project documentation and visibility to ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of project status, decisions, risks, and next steps.

• Technical Skills

Writes correct and consistent code using both knowledge and expertise (backend, frontend, and devops).
Develops and maintains full-stack web applications using React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
Designs, builds, and integrates APIs and backend services to support product functionality and system integrations.
Reviews code efficiently and give feedback on it.
Understands industry standards and consistently keeps informed of upcoming trends.

• Data Architecture and Modeling

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance data architectures and models that support both batch and streaming data processing.
Define and drive the execution of a strategic Data Engineering Roadmap that unlocks the full potential of the organization's data assets, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
Own, enhance, and evolve critical datasets, including high-leverage streaming and batch data pipelines, along with the development of advanced data discovery, search experiences, and enterprise-wide reporting and data visualization tools.

• Autonomous System Architecture: Design and implement the technical architecture for Sentia’s core AI agents, including the development of planning modules, memory/retrieval systems, goal-setting algorithms, and tool-use orchestration.
