The platform is built to be traveler-centric and focuses on a variety of real-world needs. In it's current BETA state, it can substantially reduce planning and information recall burdens tied to travel. Additionally, the platform has an inbuilt capability which simplifies the hassles of communication while traveling, while also proactively contributing towards the personal security of the traveler.

However, TalkingBoot aims to be much more. At it's core the platform is very dynamic and will allow it to pivot into several different needs based services. For example, business travel solutions, travel content management (pics/videos and the online social space), collaborative travel, and importantly, it will develop into a one stop shop for the planning, booking and the execution of travel.
