Talent Rank careers

Talent Rank is a learning & testing environment for early career in ‘people-driven’ industries; Finance, Consulting and Tech in particular. Talent Rank hosts online programs on a candidate-facing, web+mobile platform, typically lasting between 2 and 8 weeks. Online programs see users immersed into an accessible scenario-based game where they develop and exhibit commercially valuable skills; including communication, situation judgement, analytical ability, managerial potential and others. Talent Rank programs do not require manual content generation nor participant grading – hence can provide learning and development value to a large, broad and diverse set of candidates.
