Tailwind (tailwind.chat) builds AI workflow solutions on our shared platform layer for workflow runtime, integrations, approvals, and auditability. In this internship, you will leverage AI tools to work around practical business systems and artifacts (product specs and prototype flows) to help translate operational needs into clear, testable workflow outcomes. Tailwind is hiring a Business Analyst Summer Intern to support client-facing and internal workflow projects. This role is best for someone who can combine structured thinking with clear communication and fast execution. Internship Focus You will work across three core areas: Business Analysis Prototyping Outbound Communication Responsibilities 1) Business Analysis Gather and structure business requirements from notes, calls, and stakeholder inputs Map current workflows and identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities Translate business problems into clear, actionable requirements Support documentation in product specs, process briefs, and implementation notes 2) Prototyping Build lightweight prototypes and process mockups to test workflow ideas quickly Turn analysis findings into practical prototype concepts Help validate assumptions with internal stakeholders and users Refine prototype outputs based on feedback and operational constraints 3) Outbound Communication Draft clear outbound messages for prospect and client communication Support outreach preparation with account research and structured talking points Create communication assets that align with Tailwind positioning and workflow outcomes Track feedback from outbound efforts and summarize insights for the team What We Are Looking For Strong written communication and structured thinking Comfortable turning ambiguous information into clear deliverables High attention to detail with strong ownership on follow-through Interest in business processes, workflow design, and AI-enabled operations Ability to collaborate across business and tec
