We're a globally distributed, remote-first company. The COVID era has shown us how much we can get done remotely and how great it is to be able to define how, when, and where we work. Most of our roles are open to candidates from anywhere in the world where we're allowed to do business, but having at least a few hours of overlap in working hours with the Pacific US time zone is preferred since it lets us do synchronous work when needed.
