:: Our Office Culture:: We start our office daily at 9 AM and close the business at 5 PM. Working 5 days in a week with off days for the weekend. We focus on productivity rather than on working hours. as long as the work is delivered within the timeline, we let our members do fun, enjoy every second they spend in the office communicating and laughing. This maximizes our productivity by the method of Open hall seating culture. We don't put our members in compact cabins instead we let them be free around the office ensuring they deliver tasks and things efficiently. :: Members we look to add to the team:: We need people dynamic in nature and have an understanding of their field as well as office decorum. They must have good communication skills in order to communicate and understand our client's requirements in meeting.
Paternal or maternal leave
In the case of Paternity, we let our employees to avail themselves of 15 days of leave whereas female members can avail themselves of 30 days of leave for maternity.

We provide our office funded long tour once a year to refresh and make our team members to know each other
