Sync is a mobile application that helps people plan social events together. In today's busy environment, it can be frustrating difficult to make plans with friends for dinner and coffee - especially among college students. Sync aims to provide a Snapchat type experience for setting up social plans with friends, where in 4 button clicks, one can invite friends to dinner/poker/soccer or any event. All the events are conveniently displayed in a news feed, and there are push notifications to remind users of upcoming events. This will help unorganized people, particularly college students, easily track their social calendars. In terms of features, there are scheduling type features similar Outlook to check user availability as well the ability to create groups. Attendees can either accept or decline events, which allows the host to easily track attendance. Within each event, there is a group messaging feature to allow for easy communication between all event attendees.
