• System Administration:

Install, configure, and maintain servers (physical and virtual) and network infrastructure devices.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Proactively monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Implement and maintain system backups and disaster recovery plans.

• Support relationship management with board members and investors by assisting in communications and preparing materials for Board meetings, strategy sessions and monthly updates
• Provide support in annual operating leadership offsites, helping with planning, scheduling, and event logistics

• Conduct phone interview screens and schedule interviews

• Resolves employee inquiries in a timely manner by utilizing a ticketing management system and leveraging their knowledge of Symphony’s benefits, policies, employment verification, programs, systems, and other day-to-day HR items
• Is a super user of Workday, optimizing and managing process and improvements in the tool

• Lead Month-End Revenue Recognition: Oversee month-end processes, including revenue recognition, reporting, deferred revenue waterfall management, and ARR tracking across all business units.
• Ensure Compliance with ASC 606: Review sales arrangements in detail to confirm accurate revenue recognition, ensuring alignment with company policies and ASC 606 standards.

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
• Write well-documented and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

• Discuss product architecture, compliance, security, and risk with stakeholders. Coordinate internally for support on these topics
• Take ownership of all technical and product initiatives for designated accounts. Work together with Sales to ensure retention and increase penetration of enterprise accounts.

• Manage our global AWS services and infrastructure while assisting in the deployment and roll-out of new features and products.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and troubleshoot application and service issues or system outages while clearly communicating status updates with management and engineering teams.
