• Participate in customer meetings during the pre-sales process to support technical discussions and project planning.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Troubleshoot, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and create Corrective Actions (CA) documentation for equipment failures, including electrical critical systems.
• Directly support operational teams as the subject matter expert for issue resolution, event response, and complex procedural review, including ad-hoc training and critical equipment support.

• Provide senior technical leadership for critical power, cooling, and environmental systems.
• Lead technical response efforts during infrastructure events and support root cause analysis activities.

• Lead daily operations of DCO Systems teams to ensure safe, reliable performance of critical power, cooling, and environmental systems.
• Provide direct leadership to DCO Systems Managers and oversee workforce planning, development, and succession.

• Support day-to-day OSP and ISP operations in partnership with the Manager of OSP Network Operations
• Perform site inspections and routine housekeeping of OSP facilities

• Support the development and management of capital expenditure budgets across multiple data center campuses and facilities
• Serve as a financial partner to assigned regions, supporting capital planning, forecasting, and budget management

• Design mechanical and piping systems for hyperscale data center projects
• Review and guide work from external engineering consultants

• Lead and develop a team responsible for endpoint integrity and systems management
• Provide coaching, mentoring, performance management, and career development support

• Support day-to-day cash flow and liquidity planning and analysis
• Prepare draw requests for construction and project financing

• Develop 3D CAD models for piping and fluid cooling systems
• Perform CFD simulations to evaluate thermal and airflow performance

• Serve as the primary point of contact for event and incident investigations
• Monitor infrastructure systems and respond to alerts in real time

• Monitor network infrastructure using approved monitoring and alerting tools.

• Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux server environments

• Manage the full lifecycle of hyperscale data center construction programs, including pre-construction, design coordination, procurement tracking, construction, commissioning support, and operations handover.
