We classify these lifecycle stages into 3 parts:
1. Pre-book – New customers that have never stayed at your hotel (new customer acquisition.)
2. On-property – Communicating with guests when they arrive, stay and leave the hotel to make their stay better.
3. Post-book – Making guests who have stayed at your hotel more loyal and more likely to return sooner and more often. Automated text re-triggering based on when guests are most likely to buy.
