At Sway, we're building a tech platform to modernize representative democracy—creating a new form of collective political leverage by exchanging information for influence. We have three exceptional engineers: Kayla (Harvard, Scale AI), Prachi (VP Eng of Discord, prev LinkedIn), and Albert (MIT, 2x founder), and we are looking for 1-2 FT founding engineers to fill out the team. We're looking for people who are down to grind; we believe we're building the future of politics, and for whom urgency means everything. We're in-person in SF and are looking for full-stack engineering talent.
