Personalization is currently done on the front-end, using tools that intelligently take cookie data to cater to content. With Swapt, we use the router and server-side calls to personalize the experience for a customer, starting with the link they land on – we call this personalized, secure routing, or more friendly verbiage, Smart Links.

Swapt also works with clients to generate more friendly landing pages, Apple Wallet passes, and mini-games to increase customer engagement on-site and in-person via QR codes.
