Swappel.com is an improved local marketplace for people to buy, sell, and trade items or services.
It was born when our founder used Craigslist to pay his rent. It was possible but laborious. He set out to build a simpler site to help others in tough times.
He used forum boards to find like-minded entrepreneurs who joined the team. The team quickly became passionate about improving local commerce and Swappel was born.
