Suzu is a technology company on a mission to help online retailers convert more sales by predicting why customers might be hesitating, and then providing a personalised message specific to their concern to incentivise the customer to convert. We do this whilst they are still on the site in real-time.

Our machine learning algorithm analyses multiple attributes of customers in real time to identify undecided buyers and to determine what is the relevant message to show them and when to do it, in order to cause them to convert.
