Supports Health is a first-of-its-kind digital therapeutic for the families of mental illness, with specialized expertise supporting the partners of those with post-partum depression. The flagship app leverages evidence-based interventions of psychoeducation, DBT-informed therapy (including e-counselling and AI “In the Moment” support), and peer support. Independently, each of these interventions is shown to decrease feelings of burden and depression, or increase positive feelings of self-efficacy by 13-23%.
