Jobs at Supernoa Technologies

In 2030, there estimates to be 800 million workers displaced by automaton. The new jobs that will be created are too insignificant to match the discrepancy. A fifth of the global population risks in becoming a useless underclass in the society. The OECD UN, and Silicon Valley's solution is proposing an universal basic income. But this strategy does not take in considering people's psychological and physical welfare. Loneliness and boredom causes not only personal damage, but also increases the potential on social upheavals and collapse of community. Financial sustainability is no replacement for people's ecological sustainability. Therefore we propose SimpRule as a solution to the labour market issue by allowing a market for UTC(uncontracted, temporary, cashbased) jobs for the displaced workers. So that those workers can continue to participate in the labour market in a new form of contractual relations.
