Superlink is an engineering and manufacturing company that’s developing disaster-resistant construction parts for structures like bridges, highways, tunnels, apartments, etc.
Just by using our products, we’re also deleting entire sections of logistics for the client – saving time, labor, and carbon emissions. We’re bringing disruption to an essential industry desperately needing change.
Our products are also Made in the USA, supporting the US manufacturing industry.
Not only with our products, but with the development of Smart Factories, we hope to adhere to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. We believe that substantial improvements in the manufacturing and construction industries (both being leading negative impactors for sustainability), will ultimately lead to the most significant reduction of carbon emissions for the world.
----OUR PRODUCT
Our first patent published product is for a coupler (i.e. joints between rebars) that's earthquake resistant with an 8x faster installation time. Its ease of use significantly reduces worker error, a major issue in construction, and doesn't require skilled labor.
In addition, it doesn't use threads (i.e. the swirled indentions to screw things in), meaning the rebars don't need them either - deleting an entire section of logistics full of multiple machinery (including hydraulic machines), time, labor, and carbon emissions. Did we mention the reduced construction time for buildings as a result?
