Our team is very connected to our users, and we're very much in service of them. We like to ship new work and iterate quickly (one of the advantages of having a small team!). We make decisions quickly. We're clear with who owns what parts of our product, system, and processes. Our leaders are very transparent, love developing people on the team, and promoting people internally. We're big on celebrating our wins and milestones, giving people credit where it's due, and giving shoutouts when someone is really living up to Sunroom's principles. Working at Sunroom is intense but rewarding. We all work hard, and the satisfaction we get from seeing people make good money on our platform is really motivating. Working here gives our team a really strong sense of purpose. We value spending time working together IRL, as well as having days for deep work at home. At the moment, we spend 1 day each week working together in our office.
