Culture and benefits at Sunday

Since we are just getting started, we, along with the first set of people that join us, get to set the culture of the place. Here's few things we believe in about culture though: 1. The right people want to grow the company as much as the founders, so if we get right people, we should trust them always. 2. Since we choose to start off from a place of trust, we believe that 'remote work' works. 3. We believe that work should be measurable, which means that proxies such 'hours spent working' are useless. 4. We believe that the right workplace measures performance more on the basis of inputs than outputs.
