We need the energy transition to renewable energy and our mission is to accelerate it. With our optimization software we make the operation of energy storage more profitable and support in the decision for an investment in battery storage systems. As a startup we are agile, goal oriented and work very efficiently. At this stage team work and communication is highly relevant. We work transparently and give regular updates on the business development for our team members. And of course we have a lot of fun on our team events such as table tennis tournament or after work squash games. Shortly about our founders: Lennard Wilkening (CEO) successfully completed his doctorate in electrical power engineering at the TUHH (Hamburg) and was a research assistant until 2020. During this time, in addition to technical expertise, Lennard gained relevant experience in project management. Miguel Wesselmann (CFO) participated in a double master program from NIT and TUHH. He received his [M.Sc](m.sc). in Mechatronics and his M.A. in Technology Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. He brings experience in business and financial planning. Tom Witter (CTO) earned his [M.Sc](m.sc). (with honors) in Computational Engineering Science from RWTH Aachen. Tom worked alongside his studies on several programming projects with artificial neural networks.
