Strive careers

Finding great jobs is a painful experience.

At Strive.co we believe that our work is more than just a job. It's not just a paycheck. It is an opportunity for us to grow, to stay challenged, and to make an impact, alongside people we respect. We built our AI system to understand this. Now it learns who you are as a developer by collecting your interests, preferences and desires, to curate the best opportunities for you.

We started as the creators of Codewars.com, the community of 170,000+, where developers train on code challenges. In the process we saw all the pain points in the recruiting industry, and set out to fix them.

With our work absorbing the majority of our waking lives, we don’t want to settle or to take the first job we get—it’s important that we find one that we truly want.

We know your next great job is waiting for you, let us help you discover it.
