WHAT IS STRESS HERO?
A digital, gamified learning solution for kids, improving their attention and social skills by teaching effective stress management.
Supported with a wearable device, the complete stress monitoring system connected with mobile app is helping children to recognize causes of stress and cope with stress reactions via gamified learning process.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The heart of the system is the smart band using 4-1 sensor technology for real-time accurate measurement of current stress levels, using data on heart rate and its variability, skin conductance, skin temperature and movement. The data is monitored in real-time, giving kids and their parents a detailed information on stress levels fluctuations during a day. An algorithm connected with a calendar can also help define the causes of stress and suggest methods of coping it.
