Our work spans the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, UK GDPR, FCA Consumer Duty, the Senior Managers and Certification Regime, PRA model risk expectations, the Money Laundering Regulations, and the Equality Act. Most firms are subject to several of these at once. Few have assessed their systems against all of them.
Engagements are fixed in scope and fixed in fee. Findings are cited to the article, and to the enforcement record that shows how regulators have actually applied it.
