Professionals with your technical depth are exactly who we’re looking for to build impactful, high‑value products in decision-support and applied AI. StraitsSoft is a tight-knit founding team of three in Singapore: two co-founders with deep experience in business development and strategy, and one technical partner, with careers spanning public and private healthcare, startups, banking, and education.

We’re building a suite of intelligent decision-support tools from edge to cloud, powered by behaviour, emotion, and voice AI. We already have a clear product roadmap, partnerships with innovative AI providers, an upcoming project with a local educational institution, and strong interest from several healthcare organisations. Our go-to-market strategy is in place; the next step is fast, disciplined execution through high-quality Proof-of-Concepts.

We are looking for a technical co-founder based in Singapore, preferably full stack with project management experience, who can lead our projects building native applications using Python and C++. You’ll take ownership from architecture through delivery, work closely with our existing tech partners & project staff, and collaborate directly with clinicians and end users to shape and validate what we build. As a true co-founder, you will hold meaningful equity and help shape both the product and the company from the ground up.
