We strive for radical transparency like Ray Dalio. We welcome constructive criticism and want our teams sharing their true feelings about the project. In our company, titiles do not establish clout only what the role of the person in the company. We also strive to build an idea meritocracy has a way to drive our radical truthfulness. Sometimes the critism is not easy to hear, but putting emotions aside can drive scaling of the company.
