There is a vast market segment of students that has been greatly detached from quality university advising services. The increasing price point of consulting services has limited who education advisors can help, and the traditional in person delivery of services has restricted the realm of possibilities between clients and agents. Furthermore, international schools have long been faced with a highly diverse set of students, many of whom have ambitions to apply to universities outside their host country. Even at the most elite international schools, university advisors struggle to remain knowledgeable about university landscapes across the globe, and often fail to provide their students with the personalized, one-on-one attention, advice and support that they need.
