We are an HRtech startup specializing in talent development. Our proprietary e-Learning platform delivers bite-size lessons in soft skills like EQ, adaptability, communication, and more. Our primary market is Gen Z; our secondary market is re-entering talent seeking to upskill.

We sell three things:
1) monthly / annual enrollment in our Soft Skills Academy
2) group coaching and training workshops
3) customized curriculum coupled with coaching for a personalized, blended learning experience

Our soft skills content library contains bite-sized lessons told storytelling style. They can be mixed and matched to meet the individual learner's soft skills gaps or custom designed to train the learner on a given job role.

We're bootstrapped but we have some bling. NJ Governor Murphy named us a Top 10 innovator and invited us to the State's Future of Work Taskforce. Collision Conf named us a Top 50 impact startup. HR Tech, the largest conf of its kind in the world, put us in their showcase spotlight. And we won the national pitch contest sponsored by Dell.
