CTO - Hands-on technical leader to harden our Bubble stack, own Stripe & KYC integrations, and phase in a micro-services layer. Ideal background: fintech, marketplace, or RegTech; comfort moving from no-code to code where performance or compliance demands it. 2. Legal Advisor - Auto-finance or consumer-lending attorney who can refine state-specific contract templates, advise on lien-perfection and repossession workflows, and help shape our provisional patents & trademark portfolio. 3. Growth / Sales & Marketing Lead - Full-funnel owner who can build the buyer & seller wait-lists to 10k+, craft referral loops, and convert early adopters into advocates. Experience in two-sided marketplaces or automotive SaaS preferred. Ideal Candidate - Builder’s mindset — you prototype, measure, and iterate quickly. - Regulatory respect — you see compliance as a product feature, not red tape. - Inclusive communicator — crisp async writing, radical candor, zero ego. - U.S. time-zone alignment (team spans ET–PT) and legal authorization to work in the United States.
