Jobs at Stealth Venture

Today, 50% of children in the US with a mental health issue do not receive care, 80% of the population live in mental health professional shortage areas, suicide rates have increased 60% for 10-24 year olds in the decade leading up to the pandemic, 60% of US counties don't have a single practicing psychiatrist, and there are more alarming statistics. This is a massive area of need, impacting 17M children in the United States. Our Stealth Venture is a child and adolescent mental health company on a mission to broaden access to high-quality, affordable, and evidence-based mental health services for children aged 4 to 19 and their families. Partnering with the nation’s leading pediatric mental health authority, we will improve access, increase affordability, and establish the highest standards of evidence-based care - while enabling therapists to maximize their impact. We believe that you need to work with the whole family, not just the child, and our goal is to build fortitude in families. If you are someone who wants to be part of an innovative company that is putting clinical care first, is relentlessly mission-driven, and offers the best work experience/environment for our team members, then this is the place for you.
