Culture and benefits at Stealth Company

Culture overview

1) At its core, we are a company of mission-driven individuals. We all care incredibly deeply about building technology that makes the lives of providers better, and that mission supersedes all other agendas. The way we put it is: mission > team > self-interest. 2) We’re also working in an industry where, often, technology has been built without really having much empathy for the provider experience. We all share a really intense desire to make every touchpoint with the company — whether it’s the software we build or the meetings we have with our end users — is an opportunity to delight. 3) Working in healthcare and working on hard problems, it’s also really really important for us to be brutally honest and transparent about what’s working and what’s not working. We’re willing to have hard conversations. We’re willing to share failures and lessons learned so that we can be better as a team. 4) When you’re building something as complicated as what we’re trying to create, you have to be able to depend on your teammates and your teammates need to be able to depend on you. At our company, we call this extreme ownership. We can rely on each other to set ambitious goals, and actually do everything we can to accomplish them. We’re relentlessly resourceful: when we hit a wall, we’re willing to find a way to get through — over the wall, under the wall, around the wall, making friends with the wall, etc. 5) But ultimately, we recognize that we’re a team and it’s really important that each person brings positivity and optimism into the workplace. We are intentional about growing & investing in the people we work with. We spend a lot of time teaching in addition to learning. And when our teammates are having a bad day, we want to do what we can to get them a win and pick up their spirits.
