About the Role As a leading member of the team, the Founding Engineer will be responsible and have full autonomy / creativity to manage internally driven systems, improve the existing technology stack, develop a vision for the technical aspects of the product, and establish a roadmap to be executed over their tenure with the Company. A successful Founding Engineer will be able to operate independently but also effectively communicate plans, strategy, progress, hurdles, etc. back to the rest of the team.
