StayPe is an AI-powered property management platform built for PGs, hostels and co-living spaces. We help property owners simplify daily operations by automating tenant onboarding, rent collection, maintenance management, occupancy tracking and communication through a single intelligent platform.
Unlike traditional property management software, StayPe was built by founders who have firsthand experience running co-living spaces and managing hundreds of tenants. After years of relying on spreadsheets, WhatsApp and manual processes, we understood the operational challenges property owners face every day. That experience inspired us to build a solution designed specifically for the shared accommodation industry.
StayPe combines AI with automation to reduce repetitive tasks, improve operational efficiency and deliver a better experience for both property owners and tenants. Our mission is to make property management smarter, faster and effortless.
Beyond software, we believe technology should create meaningful impact. During the Gurgaon PG sealing drive, we launched StayPe Live, a free platform that helped displaced tenants discover available accommodation while enabling property owners to list vacant rooms at no cost. It reflected our commitment to supporting the shared accommodation ecosystem when it mattered most.
Today, StayPe is building the operating system for the future of shared living. Our vision is to become the technology backbone for PGs, hostels, student housing and co-living operators across India, helping them manage properties efficiently while creating a seamless living experience for every tenant.
