Jobs at Startup Insider

The startup scene is one of the most exciting areas of the economy. It is characterized by the will to create, change, a healthy culture of mistakes and questioning the status quo. This can also be felt in our team: Startup Insider is backed by an ambitious core team of around ten people as well as a large network of supporters and freelancers. Our culture is characterized by passion and optimism. We are open, collegial, transparent and value commitment and initiative; we like it uncomplicated, live flat hierarchies, equal opportunities and short decision-making paths. In a discussion, the best argument wins, not the job title. We question (ourselves) critically, but are free of prejudice. Instead, we value diversity and explicitly welcome all applications - regardless of gender, nationality, origin, religion, ideology, disability, age, and sexual orientation and identity. We are first and foremost startup enthusiasts. Therefore, curiosity inspires us more than university degrees; and the gleam in our eyes counts more than polished resumes. Taking responsibility motivates us and making mistakes is an essential part of our development. We want to improve every day and enjoy learning.
