*Position Description *

Satellite servicing missions require autonomous, robotic actions in orbit. This position will support the development of our Otter satellite, with a focus on RF design, simulation, and analysis. This role relies on RF expertise, RF component knowledge and system design skills. This is a broad role, with responsibilities ranging from RF subsystem design, to performance analysis, to supporting satellite integration and testing.

Qualifications

• Must be a US person due to ITAR regulations (citizen, permanent resident, or designated asylee / refugee)
• Willing to work from Tukwila, Washington
• Capable of working a dynamic, fast paced startup environment
• B.S. degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar field

Desired Experience

• Experience performing analysis and simulation of communication systems
• Working knowledge of RF systems and components
• Previous experience in designing RF systems or managing RF for space missions

ITAR Requirements
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
